Jamesday Digital was founded by Cameron Day after more than a decade in paid media, including years running multifamily digital marketing in-house at the operator level. That in-house background is the agency's DNA: we've sat on the client side of agency reporting calls, we know which metrics matter to owners and leadership, and we built Jamesday to be the partner we always wished we'd had.

Today the agency manages $10M+ in annual ad spend, including the entire Google Ads portfolio of a Top 50 national multifamily operator alongside e-commerce and lead generation brands. Every account is founder-led. There are no junior hand-offs, no account coordinators, and no layers of management padding the bill. That structure is why our clients consistently call out response time and adaptability, and why our fees come in under the big platforms.
